Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Spotipol service provided by NOCKO Information Technology L.L.C ("NOCKO", "we"). Part A applies to business customers ("Venues"); Part B applies to guests who use a Venue's WiFi through a Spotipol login page.

Part A — Business customers

1. The Service

Spotipol lets a Venue show a branded login page on its guest WiFi, collect guest contact details with consent, grant internet access through the Venue's own WiFi equipment, and view guest statistics in a dashboard. We do not provide internet connectivity or WiFi hardware.

2. Account

• You must provide accurate company and contact details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You confirm that you are authorised to connect the WiFi equipment you add to the Service and to collect guest data at your locations.

3. Your obligations as data controller

• You decide which guest details to request and how to use them. You are the controller of that data; we process it on your behalf under our Privacy Policy.
• You must use guest data lawfully, honour marketing consent and opt-outs, and respond to guest requests (access, deletion) within the time required by law. We will assist you.
• You must not upload content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes others' rights (including logos you are not entitled to use).

4. Fees

Fees are charged per location per month as published on https://spotipol.com or agreed in your order. SMS verification codes are included up to the monthly limit shown in your plan. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after notice.

5. Availability and support

We aim for the Service to be available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. If the Service is unavailable, your WiFi controller may stop showing the login page; we recommend keeping staff aware of how to grant access manually. Support is provided by email during UAE business hours.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. On termination you may export your guest list; we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by your WiFi equipment, internet provider or third-party services.

Part B — Guests

8. Using guest WiFi

• WiFi access is provided by the Venue, not by NOCKO, for the session length and limits set by the Venue.
• You must not use the network for anything unlawful, to harm other users or devices, to send spam, or to access content prohibited in the UAE.
• The network is shared and not encrypted end-to-end; do not transmit sensitive information without your own protection (for example a VPN or HTTPS websites).

9. Your data

The details you enter are collected by the Venue using Spotipol. Marketing messages are sent only if you tick the consent box, and you can opt out at any time. See the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages.

10. Creator login with Instagram

If you sign in with an Instagram professional account, we receive only the profile details listed in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Meta's terms.
